Fast Pouch Entrees make
the most difficult and time-consuming part of cooking easy and quick.
Just prepare the rest of the meal before you heat the Fast Pouch
Entrees. We suggest that you prepare pasta, rice or potatoes, a
cooked vegetable, and a crisp salad to make your meal nutritionally
complete.
You can add other meal elements in
a variety of ways. Here's a list of easy, family-style suggestions
for you to follow, or to get your creative juices flowing.
-
Beef
Stroganoff: Serve
over parslied cooked egg noodles, or nestled in cooked rice
or in a baked pastry shell. Steamed or sauteed baby vegetables
go well, but you can serve any cooked vegetable you like to
make this a complete meal. -
Beef
Teriyaki: Serve with
steamed rice, and add sauteed asparagus cuts or broccoli, or
add sauteed bell pepper strips and mushroom slices. Crisp, stir-fried
vegetables work best. -
Sesame
Chicken: Serve with steamed rice or thin oriental-style
noodles, with any combination of the following: sauteed bell
pepper strips, mushroom slices, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots,
green onions, snow peas. Set the table with chopsticks!
-
Thai
Chicken: Serve with
thin, cooked noodles (try angel-hair pasta or experiment with
oriental noodles), and add pineapple chunks or mandarin orange
sections, or raisins, toasted coconut, and fresh diced apple.
-
Turkey
Hunter-Style: Add cooked vegetables which you have
sauteed in olive oil to brown them, or braised in the oven to
give them color. Serve over cooked egg noodles or with parslied
boiled potatoes. This entree is great with dumplings or biscuits,
too.
