Fast Pouch Entrees are
family-style entrees made easy, all of them created with gourmet
sauces. They go from freezer to oven to table with no complexity
whatsoever. You'll be amazed at how easy it is.
STOVE TOP METHOD: Use
a saucepan large enough to place a frozen Fast Pouch flat,
and add cold water to cover.Heat until the water starts to boil
gently, about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for minute
or two in the hot water. Carefully pour off the hot water, and use
a pot-holder to remove the pouch from the saucepan and set it on
a kitchen towel. Scissor an opening along one of the seams of the
pouch. Using the kitchen towel as a pot-holder, pour the contents
out onto the plate. Serve.
MICROWAVE METHOD: Place
a frozen Fast Pouch flat on a microwaveable plate, label side
up. Pierce it to vent steam. Microwave on medium for 5 minutes.
Remove from microwave oven, and use a pot-holder to set the pouch
on a kitchen towel. Scissor an opening along one of the seams of
the pouch. Using the kitchen towel as a pot-holder, pour the contents
out onto the plate. Serve.
You can heat multiple pouches in a
pan of water on the stove top in almost the same amount of time
it takes to heat one, but it's best to microwave them no more than
two at a time.
