Shipping Times
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship for delivery on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If no one is present to accept delivery of your order, unless you have instructed us that it may be left without a signature ("leave at the door") the delivery service may return your order to the station in your locality. You will then have to arrange with them for re-delivery or pick up. To ensure quality, we ship in insulated cartons, with dry ice. Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to ship outside the continental United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If we make an error in assembling your order, we will either issue full credit for the product in question or replace it. If the quality or integrity of our product is compromised through mishandling by the delivery service, we will either issue credit or replace the product.
